“When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the baby leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit.” Luke 1:41
This was the first Sunday of Advent and Rev. Banks message titled “The Miracles of Christmas: Hope” with scripture text taken from Luke 1. The season of Hope is an exciting time for the waiting for all the miracles that happen at Christmas time. Just as we had our Live Nativity this past Saturday and all the folks that came to hear the story of Jesus birth and seeing Mary, Joseph and Jesus in the manager was such a wonderful event. The children enjoyed hot chocolate and cookies.
