Rev. Banks message titled Walking In The Promise: “The Ministry of Presence” with scripture text taken from Luke 10.  David said Jesus was present, not through a program, not from a distance, but in person.  God keeps His promises and walks with us each hour of the day.  We’re to plant seeds and serve the one who turned the water into wine and broke bread with His disciples, saying to them, do this in remembrance of Me.  As we did Communion today we became completely present in that divine moment of worship. 

 

We are having game night Friday July 10th at 5:00 pm.  Come and play games with us and if you like join us we are meeting at 3:30 at the church to go to Stacy’s Fish Fry in Miller Grove then back to church to play games.
