“Let us hold fast to the confession of our hope without wavering for He who promised is faithful.”  Hebrews 10:23

A great day of being in the house of the Lord.  Our guest speaker Kristie Pereira an officer with the Methodist Children’s Home spoke about Hope and her message was titled “Are you…Hope-Full; Rise up in Hope” with scripture text taken from Mark 5.  She talked about Gospel Hope and how that hope removes circumstances that prevail.  Such as parents that don’t show up!  Methodist Children Home provides this kind of hope.  After worship we had a light luncheon with sandwiches, fruit trays and as always desserts.  Kristie answered questions that were brought forth.  A great fellowship and many thanks to Kristie and The Methodist Children Home for all they do.

Coming up this week the Prayer Team will go to Emory Health & Rehab. at 10:00 a.m. and then we have a Church Yard workday Friday from 8:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m.
