Another great day of worship with Rev. Banks continuing his series on A New Beginning: with message titled God Provides with scripture text taken from Exodus.  What do you do when you find yourself lost in the wilderness?  You can’t move forward when you are walking in circles, but God always provides away out of the wilderness.
The Methodist Women had our lunch meeting after worship with the new officers providing our lunch.  Chicken Pot Pie and all the fixings.  We had a great lunch and meeting with great plans for our future activities.
Looking ahead we will have a fellowship pot luck lunch on Sunday January 22nd after worship.
Then on the 23rd the Administrative will meet at 5:30 p.m.
Happy birthday to Adam Calhoun.
Prayer request for Marty & Tina Powell, Teresa Waters, Cheryl Traylor,  the Butler family.
We are all on a journey, we just need to remember where it is we are headed.
Be kind.
