“The third time he said to him, “Simon son of Jonah, do you love me?”  Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, Do you love me?  He said, Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you.  Jesus said, Feed my sheep.”
John 21:17

Another great day of worship with Rev. Banks continuing his series on Finding Jesus with message titled “As He catches you”.  The scripture text taken from John.  Peter was called the rock, but even solid rocks have cracks.  Peter did have some flaws as we find out as we read the gospel, but Peter didn’t have to be perfect to fulfill God’s purpose in his life. We don’t have to be perfect to be a disciple of Christ, we just have to have faith and stay on a path that leads us to an unshakable faith.
