Rev. Banks continued his series on Rooted with message titled In Our Witness with scripture text taken from Matthew 19.

Since I was helping prepare the lunch I wasn’t able to listen to David’s message.  We all know how important it is to be a witness for our Lord Jesus Christ and how doing the Lord’s work is our purpose. 

 

We had a great Pastor Appreciation Luncheon after worship.  Rev. Banks had request Mississippi Pot Roast and mashed potatoes and great desserts.  We had it all and if you have never had Mississippi pot roast, google it.  Best pot roast I have ever had.  We had great fellowship and said many thanks to David, Amy, Ryan and Casey for being in our mist.

Happy Birthday Essie Robin Franklin.
