Rain, rain go away come again another day.  I know in July and August we’ll be begging for rain, but today I’m ready for sunshine.  

 

It  was a great day of worship with Rev. Banks message titled “The Church is…Beyond The Walls”  with scripture text taken from Ephesians.  David talked about the back ground of the church and all of the changes that have occurred and there have been many.  The physical church is one part, the active body of the church is the other and that is who the church really is.  It is so important connecting with the community through Good Samaritans, other churches, just being the hands and feet of Jesus Christ.  Let’s make a differences in our journey.

 

On Sunday June 9th the youth group go to Trinity GMC Camp they will leave at 2:00 p.m. let’s give them a great send off.  Be in the parking lot at 1:30, to wish them well.

 

Monday 10th at 10:00 a.m. Widow’s/Widower’s Group meet. 

 

AA Meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday at 12:00 noon in the fellowship hall.

 

Happy birthday to Donna Harder, Marlene Morris and a very happy anniversary to Mickey & Cindy Cooper, Steve & Nancy Bowyer.
