Rev. Banks continued his series “The Promise of Christmas: titled The Promise of Peace with scripture text taken from Zephaniah.  We light this third candle this week as a symbol of Peace.  Past weeks we have lit the candles of Hope and Joy.  With the hope of peace we find joy.  We experience that when God puts us back together and we have peace with God. 
 
We will have a Christmas Eve  candlelight service on December 24th at 6:00 p.m. and all are welcome. 
 
AA Meetings in the fellowship hall every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday at 12:00 noon.
 
Happy birthday David Banks and Jessica Calhoun.
 
Prayers for Maci Eversult, Jason Barnes, Trudi Adams.
