“And my God shall meet all your need according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19
A great day of worship even with the time change. Rev. Banks continued his series “What Do We Do Now?” with message titled Cultivate Your Appetite! and our scripture reading from 1 Kings 17. This Sunday was All Saints Day and we all have had saints in our lives. They remind us of God’s presence, God’s power and God’s authority. Saints are people who, by God’s grace, became much more than the could be on their own. Let us also, by God’s grace, become much more than we could be on our own.
Our communion offering for this month is Angel Tree and this program provides for children who usually must do without.
Upcoming dates to remember Saturday 9th at 11:00 a.m. Emory’s Veterans Day Parade. Sunday 10th we will have a Veterans Breakfast at 9:00 a.m. in the fellowship hall.
Happy anniversary to Bill & Marlene Morris and Bill & Donna Harder.
Have a great week.
