“To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven:  Ecclesiastes 3:1

Rev. Banks continued his series “What are we doing here” with message titled “To Play” and our scripture text taken from Ecclesiastes 3.
David spoke about the games that were played over the weekend and what fun it was to be participate in watching such great games. I know I watch the President’s Cup and so enjoy our teams winning the cup.  So what do you do for fun? Busy-ness in life can blind us from our purpose in life, rob our passion for work and exclude us from play. So lets remember that we should enjoy the good of our labor,  it is a gift of God.  In Matthew Jesus told the disciples that unless you are converted and become as little children you will not enter the kingdom of heaven.  The Good News is we can be great disciples and still have fun.
