“And Ananias went his way and entered the house; and laying his hands on him he said, “Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you came, has sent me that you may receive your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.”  Acts 9:17

Rev. Banks continued his series on Echoing Jesus: message titled The Ripple Effect Part I with scripture text taken from Acts.  Our life is like a ripple effect such as a gentle breeze or water running over a rocky bottom we move forward on this journey of life.  We are a work in progress, but thanks to God He is with us all the way.

We had a wonderful lunch after worship provided by three Methodist Women, Jeri Humphrey, Doris Wilson and Mary White.  Our Methodist Women Meetings are always filled with great fellowship and great food.  We plan on having a fund raiser on our game night which is the 2nd Friday of each month.  On June 10th we will have a Spaghetti and Meatball Meal with all the fixings.  Come join us and enjoy food, fellowship and games.

Our VBS Jerusalem Marketplace will begin Monday,  June 6th thru 9th  time 9-12:00 each day. Kindergarten thru 5th grade. Call the office for more info:  903-473-2411 Office open Tuesday thru Thursday 9:00 to 2:00.
