Rev. Banks continued his series “What Are We Doing Here” titled “To Be Relational” with scripture text taken from Galatians 5.  What is it about us that makes us crave relationship?  God created us in His image and He loves and pursues us and forgives us over and over.  He expects us to do the same in our relationships.  Once we reflect on the quality of  relationship that characterizes the very nature of God which is Christian faith on love and service to others.
 
This Saturday 21st the Methodist Women have their annual Fish Fry.  Come join us at 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and enjoy food and fellowship for a donation. 
 
On Sunday 9/22 Pilgrims Rest Baptist Church have a Concert The Golden Boys (reunion) at 6:00 pm. 
 
AA Meeting Tuesday & Thursday at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday at noon.
 
Happy birthday to Glenda Smitheart and a very Happy Anniversary to Bob & Kathy Kuba.
 
Prayers for Jon Weddle, Inez Anders, Wayne & Stephanie Garner.
 
Think about a way to deepened a relationship with a friend and then ask Jesus to show you ways to strengthen your relationship with Him. Have a peaceful week.
